Before you start creating your portfolio, it’s important to identify your dream clients. What industry do you want to work in? What kind of clients do you want to attract? Once you know your target audience, you can tailor your portfolio accordingly.

2. Gather Your Work Samples

If you’re just starting out, you may not have a lot of work to show. That’s okay! There are a few ways to gather your work samples:
